San Juan Sunset

This is from a visit to San Juan Islands where we saw wonderful sunsets and had a lovely time with family.

About Me

Kath's Daily Paintings: Most of my life I wanted to draw and paint so when the opportunity arose, I went for it and studied art. It has been a long journey. Because I started later in life, and had lots of catching up to do, I paint every day, draw a few objects, ideas or whatever happens into my mind. Another creative outlet for me is garden design and creative cooking. I read lots of recipes then take off and do my own thing. Creativity is my driving force.

The Ultimate Painting

Life with an art studio is wonderful, there is always a space to go to - sort photo ideas, sketch, open a new canvas and dream of the ultimate painting. There is usuall time to paint during the day.

You can see my work at WestAmerica Bank, Santa Rosa, Johnny's Java, Cotati and Fidelity National Trust starting March 3, 2012 the Apple Blossom Festival in Sebastopol, CA in April 2012.
